I contracted Timberline to remove a fifty-foot Poplar, take three gigantic limbs off a White Oak and clean up a Pin Oak. I was given a time estimate of three to four weeks. They showed up in a week due to a cancellation. The crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. They worked around other trees and flower beds and fencing. Nothing was touched. They dropped limbs flawlessly and safely. Their cleanup left the area exactly as it was before their arrival. I was pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. The people and the work were top notch. I could not have been more impressed.
I had his team remove some dead branches from a very large oak that was near my house. When I came home, the area was so clean, that I couldn't even find any stray saw dust on the ground.

While I had trouble getting responses and quotes from other tree services, Ben answered my call the first time, was out for a quote quickly and the job came in at a very reasonable price. Our initial need was a large, dead limb removal, but upon Ben's professional recommendation, we had the tree completely removed and couldn't be happier with the decision. His workers did a great job and we're very satisfied with the results. I called Ben several times with questions before making the decision to take the tree down and I don't think I ever had to leave a voicemail. It seemed like there was a genuine care for our tree and for our satisfaction. (Ben even called the electric company on our behalf to have the power lines brought down and put back up after the job was done.) I would highly recommend Timberline for any type of tree service!
The crew did trimming on more than 13 oaks and various other assorted trees around the house. They were on time, they were courteous, The trimming looks great and "no topping", the ground was cleaner than when they arrived. I recommend this group of workers. Very nice.

When they left, other than some sawdust and a stump, I would not have known they were there. This group is very very knowledgeable about trees. Ben is a certified arborist and a Mizzou grad. He was able to diagnose that one of my trees was suffering from a bore. Not only did he save it, but he does a drive by occasionally to check on it. The tree is in full bloom this spring.
